You did very well. I was pleased with the arrangement. The arrangement was at a fair price. I do believe the $20 delivery fee was a bit steep. On the contrary, the driver utilized patience in finding the location instead of wasting my money and giving up on the delivery. That's what I really appreciated. When a customers order is not delivered successfully, it makes them not want to order ever again. Great job, I will be using you again!!!!!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Nina's guarantees same day delivery when order is placed before 11am. Any order placed after 11am will be delivered next day. You are always more than welcome to call us directly for any special circumstances.
All Deliveries will be made with business hours of 9am - 5pm unless Customer upgrades and pays for "Timed Delivery".
Exception to the rule include: Delivery to schools which will be done before 3pm and Deliveries to Funeral Services.
Funeral Orders
Order placed to be delivered to Funeral Services will be guaranteed to be delivered before the time of services. It is not necessary for Customers to upgrade and pay for "Timed Delivery"
If a recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the arrangement will be left at the door, weather permitting. We will then call the Recipient and inform them that a delivery has been made. If the Weather does no allow us to leave the arrangement (Extreme Temperatures, Rain, Wind, etc) Then we will return the Arrangement to the store, call the Recipient to arrange either a pick up or re-delivery of Arrangement. The Customer will be notified via email regarding the status of the order.
**Please note: There may be circumstances where there will be an additional delivery charge for re-delivery.
